Why has no one addressed the multiple emails to support, failed echat service and the multiple forum posts I have made. My account along with several other peoples have unlock chapters that cost 800 coins or more per unlock.

Johnny10Toes it’s not your account. It’s WebNovel. I’ve directly sent them several emails and forum posts before, too, but not gotten a single answer to ANY of the emails, and only got answers in forums on occasion when/where a significant number of negatively effected readers are involved. Aside from those occasions, I always got the snub in the forums, too. Based on my experience alone, they don’t seem to care much.

Johnny10Toes I still don’t get responses from Webnovel, but my coin balance isn’t reflecting any weird transactions. But, to be honest, I’ve stopped reading everything but Tales of Demons and Gods (novel), which only updates once every two months, and Versatile Mage (comic), which is updated once daily. With just that alone, I can easily cover the unlock fee with daily earned fast passes. I hope you’re not still having problems. Take care of yourself, bro!

Thousand_Sunny Tales of Demons and Gods is translated up to the actual writing... the author just decided to focus more on the Manga and other things but has to keep it out of hiatus so he updates once a month. I might also note that wn isn't the actual site for translating this and they are pretty much stealing the translation and are in a legal dispute with the site translating it.
My account is also still bugged and all chapters cost 10x.
