yaoyueyi I looked back through that whole thread because as the creator apparently it still shows me. I can’t find anything in there that would be incriminating to anyone other than webnovel not fixing a 5 month old problem. So can you enlighten me?

yaoyueyi that originally was my post and we had 129 comments on it and I felt like we were making progress getting our issue known. Our accounts haven’t been fixed and it is still 10 times more. Why haven’t we gotten any answers to our problem? Why was that old thread deleted when it’s a legitimate problem?

I just realized I was tagged in this thread as well. Also it makes a ton of sense considering we are all long time users of webnovel to be a secret beta testers. I remember I got a badge for being one of the first privelage users and over the 2 plus years ive been in here I’ve spent thousands of dollars to read on this platform. I honestly don’t care if we are beta or what the reasons are. I just want my account fixed... going from 100 times more to only 10 times more is a step in the right direction. But cost average is still going to cost $100 to read 50 chapters when it should be 500. I read damn near 50 chapters a day so there’s no way I can keep up with that. I have sent 30 emails to every email address Webnovel has and they haven’t ever responded to one and there online chat shuts me down as soon as I start. I’m the original creator of that thread and I finally felt we were getting somewhere with over 125 posts. I say we make another one and post every day until we get resolution for our accounts.

TehRookieDJ well times 10 is still better than times 100 like it was for a long time. Hopefully we can get it fixed though. Makes no sense to me even if it is a betta run that they would have no corresponding messages to any of us.

I had a problem recently that got resolved regarding how many coins it cost to unlock chapters. I just recently batch unlocked a lot of chapters the other day and now the problem started again. To unlock 50 chapters it is costing 3500 coins instead of the 350 it is supposed to be. @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL
valelialqy yeah honestly I am still paying for the monthly subscription too and my chapter unlock cost is 100X higher than it’s supposed to be... if this doesn’t get fixed ASAP I am going to get rid of the app. I have over 4K in coins, I have spent over $1000 since I’ve been on this site for 2 years. Why has no one addressed the multiple emails to support, failed echat service and the multiple forum posts I have made. My account along with several other peoples have unlock chapters that cost 800 coins or more per unlock.
