I've tried contacting WN through the customer service but they directed me to the writer's discord channel
The mods there told me the content editors aren't responsible for the translators and my application would be stuck in limbo since I didn't specify a translation group.
They then told me to go to customer service .....
sigh
bump because we obviously need more translators to hopefully picked up them dropped novels.
It is the cycle of "I don't want to deal with it so I am going to try pawning it off on someone else" Nothing new here. Try taking photos of where someone told you to go there so they can't deny it to try and get someone else to deal with it. I don't know if it happens with webnovel but usually these things are entered into logs, if you provide proof of what was said they are more likely to work with you as they can no longer explain it to their boss in a way that makes them look innocent. It may not get you anything in the end but if there is proof that someone is refusing to do their job they're more likely to work with you to avoid any troubles for themselves if it is seen.
