Do you know how long it took to fix it yesterday?
Couple of hours, but its impossible to be specific, especially if its a same issue deal. In such a case they not only need to apply a fix but also figure out why the patch didn't hold and fix that issue too.
welp... i'm going to sleep then... after all it needs a few hours at least.
I somehow managed to successfully buy five chapters of a comic a few minutes after it went 404 error and I am also somehow able to read those 5 chapters.
Only that though.

i spoke to customer service and they aid that the technical team is working on it
It's already fixed, just so you guys know. It took less than 2 hours.
