Hey, my book got contracted recently. So, i heard we have to update daily for 1 or 2 months to get the MGS. If i complete that 2 months after updating daily, does Webnovel contact us for MGS or I should contact them?

I'm answering your question. So if you have been Contracted recently, you can update whenever you want But Webnovel recommends to Update 5 times a week or daily.
And you can go MGS, only when you go premium (locking chapters). After premium, you have to update daily 1500+ words for "FOUR MONTHS".
Your payment of assured 200$ (if you have updated 1500+ words each day for whole month) will be paid in the following month.
So it's basically:
Contracted→Update until a climax chapter → Contact your Content Editor for premium → Fill the premium form → Update daily with 1500+ words without break → Earn 200$ the following month.
And as for Contacting Webnovel, Yes you have to seek to your Content Editor via discord or email.
Note:—
1. You can go premium only on Thursdays.
2. One day break during MGS, you won't be paid 200$ , but you can restart next month.
3. MGS for first 4 months.

bluerabbit_141 yes. even with 1499 words you haven't completed the daily limit. And the system is smart to know if you add words after you've already published it, so it'll go with the lower word count. one can write 1500 words daily or 2 chapters with 1000 words
