If its a newly created book it is likely still in the vetting process. This takes usually three days, though weekends and holidays will normally extend the time.
If its a long standing work then your more recent chapter(s) may have included special characters that webnovel autoflags for blacklisting. These special characters are usually Chinese, Japanese or Korean language characters, unicode for forcing font formating like italics or bold, and certain emoji combinations,
In the former case its just a matter of waiting, but if it takes longer than 3 to 5 days you can try hopping on discord and asking the editors if there's any ETA.
In the latter case you have to edit out the characters then email webnovel support to request your book get whitelisted. The editing isn't strictly required but not doing so runs the risk of your book getting flagged again in future.

Sounds a touch long, but that might be due to going through an editor the current "proper" way is to email webnovel support.
But having never gone through the process myself I don't know if support would handle your issue quicker.
For perspective though usually it was only a couple of days between most posting like this, getting the above advice and then getting whitelisted.... a week seems REALLY long.
