So here is my question I have been writting a story for 2 months. The valid views is 160 per chapter and the reading time is also quiet good. The problem is why do people dont comment or review. My readers are too silent That I question myself that If I truly have a reader or its just bots. Cuz I havent didn't gain single powerstone from any of my readers neither did they comment. The story is at 56th chapter and 55k views with 120 colls. My only question is are they even reading my story.
Why people don't review or comment?
Once you get the contract, they will feature your novel everywhere and you will have more readers who will comment.
Yeah, when you receive this sort of comments all the time, I think you will become jaded and wish that you don't get comments at all.
I'm sorry, but I don't speak Spanish so I didn't understand a single word this dude said. But I asked a couple of friends to translate the comments for me, and...let's just say this guy is...hopping mad. Point is, I would rather receive no comments at all than be bombarded with comments of this nature all the time.

Tomoyuki They've read more than 40 chapters (or pretends to which would be quite crazy). They could just drop the novel if it was that awful .-. You know what they say: bad advertisement is still advertisement (or something of this sort). If someone sees the comments and checks out the story because of curiosity, you might gain a reader lol
xiaohai_23 Do you understand what he said? My friends said he was basically swearing, and one of them didn't dare to translate the whole thing because he thought the guy went too far.

Tomoyuki Mie*da=sh#t, trama=plot, novela=novel. The second one is like commenting a choice in the novel, like why didn't MC do something, but I don't speak Spanish sorry .-.
I understand he says "doesn't know anything about cultivation (MC)", "sect of deamons", escribir probably means writing
btw, it's really rude to comment under an English novel in another language without a translation (imho) Don't take it to heart, this one is probably a sad person that needs to chill out by swearing at random people (like, maybe they can't go out of home, or are having problems).
xiaohai_23 I originally thought it was spam! You know, like the Korean spam that plagues the forums every morning.
TheNeorav My experienced truth and theories.
-Peeps just browsing and can't care enough to comment.
-Too hard basket.
-Undiscovered. Readers have no idea the story exists.
-Just want to read.
-Discovered by bots and not humans.
- story unlikable.
- wrong audience target.
By the way, your question is a typical one for every author. I say 80 percent of writers suffer the silent reader most of the time. So don't feel discouraged by not having readers. Just keep writing.
It seems like you have 9 reviews? I sent some power stones towards your book, because why not.
Tomoyuki I got a review from this guy also and it was also filled with swearing words
Springs_Halo Jesus Christ, this guy is el diablo.
NoWoRRyMaN you are the author from my girlfriend recommended me a VR game! Thanks for replying I can understand that you are talking from your experience. But, damn man I certainly feel doubtful that if people read my work. Anyway, I think I gotta wait until my contract approves.
xiaohai_23 Can't disagree with your comment. Cuz I once I did get some swears telling that he is gonna drop reading it cuz it trash and the is a beta loser and he was merely at 20th chapter. One thing is for sure some people read for self-satisfaction. it did make me feel down but, some people said that most people vent their hate up so don't take it to your heart.
TheNeorav I totally understand your concern cuz that's what I am also passing through.
Don't worry too much. Several factors could be the cause. Either they don't feel like it or they've simply forgotten.
A good idea to try is to attach an author's note at the end of each chapter reminding them to do just that.
Toodles. Have a nice day
