Why the chapters are still locked after 20 when the book is already picked?

Brian101 they mentioned that after a novel gets picked the locked chapters from 20 to 39 will remain free and from 40 onwards it till be premium.
That's how it should happen, if you don't believe me go check out I'm actually a cultivation big shot. That novel got picked and the locked chapters from 20 to 39 moved to free while 40 as premium. Yet this novel even after it got picked and translation are still continuing they have not made the locked chapters to free.
