Me personally? Seeking the Sun sounds to be the most unique. The Days before the Giant came might be good depending upon what the apocalypse is. We have a hard time associating a fantasy world and apocalypse together because we do not have first-hand experience with both of those which is why most apocalypse works are about some version of our world suffering from one.
