Renegade_God I would strongly recommend ignoring it. They seem to be about as legit as crooks can be. You will likely earn very little to nothing. You wouldn't go and sell your brand new car to a second hand dealer just because they offered you $100 for it.
It's just a spam account sending that to everyone, seeing who it can rope in. Its the same tactic phone scammers use. They don't care how many failed attempts there are as long as some are successful.
They have multiple fronts for different sites, and judging how they work and their site, I believe they are a Chinese publisher competing against Qidian (Both Webnovel aka Qidian International (QI) and Qidian are owned by Yuewen), However I can't locate any form of parent company ownership and just an office in Singapore. Or just fishing in the waters for whatever money they can get.

Edit: They are indeed a Chinese publisher called Huayue, a user in the comments of the article has informed

Renegade_God Many platforms offer contracts like Webnovel, Goodnovel, novelcat, etc. You have to be specific about which platform were they inviting you then.
May be then I can tell if it's a scam or not.
