How is it that I have 4 fast passes and cant use them? I dont get it

Unfortunately, some FP are genre specific now I.e. Teen, LGBT+, Romance etc . If you go to the profile and click on it FP, it'll show you your FP history. On top of that history will be the number and next to it the green little FP icon with a little key. Next to it will be a ( > ) pointing to the right, click on that little arrow and it'll tell you what genre your Fast pass unlocks and whether it's for a novel or comic. Wish I could add images..:(

Yes, it’s very frustrating. I’m not happy about it. Fast passes were limited enough, and now they made it even worse. I get 3 fp daily. 1 is genre specific and 2 are all access.
Kate_Bruun check ins is where your specific genre fps comes from. Apparently some people are still getting regular "all purpose" 3 fp daily still... so yeah.....
Don't forget that the reading challenges also award book specific fast passes too.
