          LordInsanity I work with Chinese suppliers more than 10 years, and can tell that this is a very typical Chinese behavior.

              It's already Wednesday. Basically all that happened is that they pushed us away with excuses for a week when all they needed to do was an announcement saying there won't be any trial reads this week. (Unless, they of course, don't add any this week). All the excuses were childish too - I found daily entertainment reading LordInsanity talking to that awful customer support that obviously wanted him to leave them alone. Reminded me of high school when I didn't do my homework and my teacher asked why. No customer support, the answer isn't "it should be up!", the answer is that your translators and editors' frankly don't care and didn't work. Truly sad that I spend money on this company.
