    I spent a coin to buy 2 privilege chapters, I got notification of updates of 2 chapters but its asking me to upgrade. I need to see the 2 chapters I've paid for before I upgrade for more. Or is there a way to cancel the purchase?

      I don't know when you bought privilege, but it expires at the end of each month. So if you bought it right before March ended, it's natural it expired today, on April 1st.

          I bought my privilege chapters yesterday since my 30 days had expired. It gives you a countdown on how many days are left before you can buy new chapters. I mean it is not that big a deal because it is only one coin to unlock two chapters but still ...

            hawncrafter I didn't understand your problem, do you see 1 privilege chapter despite buying privilege for 2 chapters?

                I’m having a similar problem. I’ve bought privilege, it says I have the status for 29 more days, it says there are 4 privileged chapters, but it won’t let me see them unless I upgrade for 229 coins. I’m confused because I’ve had privilege on this book for 2 months.

                  I paid one coin for 2 chapters but only one chapter was released. This happened for 4 novels I am reading. I went to the Help Center and was told it is 1 coin for 1 chapter.

                    I talked to customer care. Yes, I got the privilege on the 31st of March so naturally, it expired. My problem was that chapters I had already paid for and read were suddenly missing. and I couldn't move forward with the story. It turns out the author did not have a stockpile of chapters to put into privilege and decided to lock down the last 35 chapters published. Since the author releases 1 to 2 chapters a day, It did not make sense to me to pay for the upgrade when I've already read the next 35 chapters. If I upgrade, it releases the next 5 chapters, and so on. That would be a waste of money. So I'm just waiting it out.
