In inkstone? You should be able to update details in your profile section. If it's locked, you may need to open a chat and request support to unlock or update for you.
If they refer to a CE, then just send a DM to your content editor in discord, but be mindful of the number of times you contact them as a lot of CE are doing a balancing act with their time and competing task priorities.
