Hello! I started a novel that I wanted to enter into the contest yesterday. However, upon further inspection, the Spirity Awards via the 'Contests' tab wasn't selected and I no longer have the ability to select it.
Who would I contact to get this resolved; Or would I have to resubmit it (it would be kind of a pain to do so)?

I have done that in the past too. I didn't double-checked the contest section and I made a trash and useless novel. So I made again the second time around and The content editors said that The created novels are undeletable in this moment (in this version of webnovel) and was still not on the future updates. You can either make it as a slot for your new future novels or drafts for potential contest entries in the future.
