I made a new book, and gave it a review where I explain my plan with the novel and show how mc looks like with one of the pictures, and when I posted it, no one could apparently see it at all. Friends told me people could see other reviews but not mine what do I do?

Stick_Swinger does the book have 4k+ words and vetted? If not then it is not even visible yet and only after that it would work.
From what I remember, you can go to the desktop version of this site and pin it from there. I don't know if they have changed it tho.

Grand_Void_Daoist it has 30k words currently with 40 reviews, but for some reason I still cant pin my review about the book.
Justforfun tried from pc, app, phone website and it only says error

It's a problem reported for several authors trying to pin reviews. It happened to me 3 times, trying to pin a review. It also happened to someone trying to pin a review I made in his book.
Also, the review show in the dashboard but not in the main page of the novel (it's hidden from the public).
The only workaround I discovered is to ask the reviewer to delete the buggy review and review it again.
But of course, not everyone will be around to do it.
Can we have a patch soon?
Please don't ask to talk with helpdesk, they are very kind but NEVER get anything solved and they will also offer turnarounds (when they know one) or just shrug because they don't think it's a problem...
The last time I pointed a bug in the featured page and they replied me something around the lines of "you always can check the ranks instead".
