Anyone else feel like the quality of the translation on the new TR's have gone down? It feels like they confuse he with she all the time. They also just don't use proper english sometimes, example:
(what is writen down in the novel)
"the ability related to lightning" -->
(what its supposed to be)
"an ability related to lightning"
Why did the quality drop so much? And its not a new thing, it felt like this(on varying degrees) on the past few TR's.

Yes, some novels have bad translations. I only read a few lately so I don't know how many of them suffer from the same problem. I also don't know if Webnovel is doing anything to address the issue. Probably not.
In fact, I remember reading another trial read book about half a year ago with the same 'inconsistent pronouns' problem. Maybe it is (bad translations in trial read books) not a new problem, but is newly getting acknowledged, idk.
lower translation quality is still okay because faster time release. but i really hate rewrite (char name, city name, etc) It make me considering to unsubscribe from webnovel.com and use google translate to read raw, at least it is not rewrite

It might be that since it's a trial read they don't put much thought into the quality, and just use mtl to put out as much chapters as they can.
Melkpie I wouldent say its as bad as an MTL, but the quality has definently decreased
they probably using deepl translation.
It's alright if they are using MTL but what makes me amazed is that those MTL chapters are actually paid.
