Iirc correctly, there are notifications informing you that your novel needs to go through a vetting process as you are creating your book on inkstone. If you can search enough to find an old staff/volunteer member to ping, you should have been capable of searching up "powerstones" and "vetting" in the forum, which has been answered countless times.
