Good afternoon everyone!

I'm sure there is a post about this somewhere however the search function on the forum isn't working for me. So, I am making a new post. Sorry admins. I am the author of Progenitor King, but it is not appearing in my original works section. I read a post stating it takes a few days, but it's been about a month now and anytime I try to use the online customer service link I get an error page. Same for the Help & Service under the Contacts category. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it!

Congratulations! You published the first chapters of your first novel on Webnovel.

    Now:
Check if your novel has more than 4k words. If yes,

    • You need to wait for your novel to go through the vetting process, which usually takes 4 business days.
If you didn't publish 4k words, do it. It won't be checked under this limit.

Only after that your novel will both:
1- Show up in your profile
2- Have the VOTE button unlocked, so your readers can vote with Power Stones for your novel. It will allow your novel to rank.

Oops. Your novel will only rank after 15k words published AND 10 reviews.
So if you need reviews, go to the Monthly Review Swap Thread on this forum and start swapping reviews. Or wait for them to come naturally.
Don't ever promote shamelessly your novel outside the monthly thread. Be polite, don't spam, and don't get banned.

    Now, the Content Editor.

Usually, they will keep track of your novel stats and if they think your novel is good enough for a contract, you will receive a message in your Inkstone inbox. If you agree with the contract, just follow the instructions and proceed to sign up with Webnovel. They will send contact information so you can have your questions about the contract addressed.
After it, you have a Content Editor assigned to your novel.
Content Editors DON'T edit your novel, they act more like managers that will help you with some advice and publishing-related questions and smooth your journey while publishing a novel here.

As you noticed, this reply is copied and pasted from another place, but I hope it helps you somehow.

SrtaA Hi! Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post. The information you provided was useful but didn't help my situation. My story currently has 4.7K words and the last chapter uploaded was on June 22 so well past the 4 day review period. I will be getting everything together and sending the email you provided an email.

      Thank you again!
