Notifications when someone comments or reviews your novel

For big novels, of course, it'd be hectic, therefore I suggest it is optional, the default is off.

I just think it's an alright suggestion but if you think it's trash, please tell me why down below.

Agreed, it's a pain to go through all the chapters every couple of hours to check if someone commented on a chapter.
