Hello, I recently re-uploaded my story and the recent reviews I got on it are not showing up. Is this a bug or a vetting process? I had around 2 or 3 of them in my notifications but I can't view them under the story.

I also have a similar problem. I lost 3 of my reviews. It appeared in my inkstone and I even replied to some of them, but they didn't appear in my webnovel review section
Yairy this is the same thing happening to me too except in mine, it's both reviews and comments. I could receive the notification in inkstone but not on the app and they wouldn't show either.

Official_jenjen The reviews could end up being flagged if they contain forbidden words. So, they'd show up in inkstone but not under your novel.
Akira_Monadelle Interesting but I doubt that's the problem. In my previous story, most of the reviews I got were from swaps and they were full of all kinds of crazy things.
I think the system is just being buggy and a moderator needs to manually come in and find the problem. For sure a large website, I'm a tad dismayed how it's being run for the year or so I've been here. Now we even have bots like the post above jumping into the forums, posting like normal users.
It's depressing and slowly becoming harder to stay motivated right now.

The same thing happened to me. You can send an email to Webnovel support to recover them. But you have to know the date and time those reviews were posted.

Im sure it will! They recovered 3 reviews for me, one was even from six months ago, luckily I had a screenshot because by then it was gone from my inbox
Yairy Hey, yesterday I asked the content editor about this. He said that the person who wrote the review deleted it from our book review section. I only half-believe him though. When I said it is still visible in my inkstone account, he only said that we won't be notified when the reviewers delete their review. I mean, if they deleted it, technically, it should also be deleted from my inkstone account, right? And from the review swap, I also know that the reviewer didn't delete it and even have to delete and repost it after the author told them that their review isn't showing up.

ohremi19 I sent an email suggested by @EternalNightLotus and they are looking into I believe right now. Thank you for asking about that, means a lot that you went deeper into it and found a logical answer. I'm with you though, I half-believe that. The reason because the person who wrote the review is a loyal fan of my story that wanted to support me. They even directed it to my via my discord that they left a review on my new version on Webnovel. Only after I didn't see it did I start to wonder what happened to it. Even he says it's strange that it hasn't shown up. The same situation happened with another loyal fan of my story that wanted to support my re-upload.
Thanks so much! I'll probably do the same and ask the content editor about this if they can't/won't find the reviews I speak about. All in all, the quality of Webnovel is declining and it's sad because the userbase is so large that it shouldn't be like this.

going through the email is the best way. I had the same thing happened. Like Enternal mentioned, be sure to attach clear screenshots, dates, time, and your author name. They will recover the review and make it visible.
