WSA was what drew me to writing on this platform, despite having read books on here for a couple of years. However, I was a little too late to the competition, and now I'm left with an unfinished book and no time. I really do want to finish it before WSA ends but I don't want to at the same time, knowing that my efforts will probably be in vain. I'm not contracted and neither do I have a great viewer count. [don't get me wrong I'm grateful for the few who chose to read my book] I just need some good advice this isn't letting me get any sleep ffs :<

    ric3cak3 well I joined WSA 41 days ago so I wonder how late you are, but anyway competition will come and go so my advice will be that you keep on writing don't end your story just because of the competition

    Furthermore, only the contracted Author is eligible for the prizes and even if WSA ends it won't affect your novel in any way.
    As for the contract, you need to have decent updates, views and at most 20 to 50k word counts.
    But if you do daily updates it would be better since WN favours daily updates.

        I assumed the novel would get deleted or something upon the competition ending [that's on me being a 🤡]
        As for the rest, I got everything except the viewers part #depreshun
        I guess luck plays a major role in popularity here. Oh well, at least I won't regret NOT trying.

            ric3cak3 Yeah you are not 🤡 I too had the same thoughts as you until my ex CE gave me a long lecture about how WSA works.
            As for views don't worry about that 4k in 28 days is still a lot~~
