When I clicked on my webnovel app, it suddenly advised me to sign in and my spirit stones were nowhere to be found which is not what i'll usually see when I clicked on it. There's no option to go back to my previous profile wherein I have 600+ spirit stones which I recently bought. I didnt reset my profile nor did I have any software updates. It just happened. How to fix this? I want to get my spirit stones back

    Click on the spirit stone and it should show how the spirit stones were spent. Either it is used or expired.

          Pizza Thanks, I never thought they would be expired. This never happened before, cuz I've been using this app for a long time, saving my ss for the novel I like, but never expected to lose huge chuck of my SS in just a day. Anyway thanks for the info mate

              Mstrvin They currently expiry within 30 days. Make sure to use them within 30 days.

                  What happened here I think is this.
                  1.a long time ago you used a login like google+ or similiar so an account was created
                  2. after that you didnt continue to use that exact account but another one
                  3. you bought spirit stones on the other account
                  4. When you logged in with the google+ or similiar method into the old account of course you dont have spirit stones there, since its two different accounts

                  What you can do is probably check the payment receipt for transaction number etc. and write to qidian support with an explanation.
                  Im sure they can help you to login in that account which has your spirit stones.
