So I’m looking for this novel that has been on my mind for a while now and I just can’t find it.
(I promise it gets more specific as it goes on.)
What I know is that it’s a cliche rebirth novel (that narrows it down.
) It’s about the female lead being in love with the male lead who actually hates her and is in love with the female leads best friend. She ends up dying and going back quite a few years later and decides not to love the male lead. And so, not caring anymore, she asks the male lead why he hates her so much and he tells her about how he almost drowned when he was little and it was the female leads best friend who saved him while she stood on the sidelines. He fell sick after almost drowning and it was the best friend who brought him medicine in a milk bottle. FL tells him that the best friend lied and she was the one who saved him and brought him the medicine. He ends up regretting hating her and starts chasing the FL but she still doesn’t love him anymore.
