I have a fast pass for comic and a fast pass for fantasy (genre) and they don't show as available to use when I try to use them. This has happened sporadically for several months now and I'm getting frustrated that I do what I have to to get the fast passes and then can't use them. It also really irritates me that you don't have the comprehensive list of what fast passes a user has except by chance in the weekly member lottery. If you win an all-works fast pass there, it throws you into a detailed list of what you currently have available for use. That page should be available to everyone, all of the time under the fast pass tab which currently just shows deposit and consume. Since this complicated system went into effect I have been keeping a running log of my fast passes in a memo app, otherwise I'd have no clue how many of what type or for which books I actually have and can use. I don't use all of the fast passes I earn because not all of them apply to my reading.

So basically my question is why won't all of my applicable fast passes work?

    The fast pass listing is available through your profile. The general fast pass amount tab is click able which brings you to that detailed break down page.

    As for why the fast passes don't work, it usually is due to you, the reader, mistakenly believing these smaller assigned fast passes should work on everything. Take the one associated with fantasy, that's the GENRE not the tags. If a book is genre Romance but has a tag of Fantasy, no the fast pass for fantasy won't work on it. Genre != Tags. Easy to confuse.

    As for the comic one not working... that could be a bug... unless you're trying to use the fast pass for a comic on the novel version of a comic ie. The Kings Avatar is both a novel and a comic on here, trying to use the comic fast pass in the novel just doesn't work.

        Darth_Xiane So thanks for telling me how to find that list. It proved very helpful in figuring out why my counts weren't adding up correctly. As for genre passes, I do understand that they are for particular types of novels. And once I saw the detailed list, I realized my comic pass was there to be used, but one pass that I thought was all-work turned out to be a novel pass, so my count was wrong. It's a shame finding that list wasn't more intuitive. I would have solved my problem a long time ago. Thanks again for your help.
