During the latest event (Christmas/New Year's), I upgraded my membership from monthly to annual to get crackers. That all worked fine. But now when I tap on my membership on my profile page, it just sends me to the details page for memberships (the page that explains what it is and when it will become active). When I was on the monthly membership the card showed the list of benefits and had a link to the lottery page. Initially, I could still access the lottery through the ongoing events gift box on the library page, but that has gone away. The only chance I had at the lottery page today was through the pop-up on opening the app. I took my initial spin and wanted to come back for the 30 minutes of reading to get a second spin later because I didn't have time at that moment. But now I can't get back to the lottery at all.
Can this bug be fixed? Not only for me, but for all the non-membership people that are supposed to have access as well.
I know the site got a little overwhelmed yesterday because of the final day of the event (which btw was pretty enjoyable) and some of the servers were having issues. I hope this problem is a temporary one. Thank you for reading.
