    I experienced the same problem. I hope it can be easier for us to access the "weekly member benefits lucky draw" page. Up until now, I still can't access the page. I hope this problem can be resolved soon before this week ends.

    I bought Membership back in December. Now I'm on the second month of Membership which will end on 17 Feb 2021. The second-month payment had already been deducted from my card, but I haven't received the Webnovel Membership [2] Badge which supposed to be obtained after becoming a Webnovel member for 2 months continuously.

            I bought 2500 SS (+750) USD49.99 through paypal on June 12. The transaction was successful. But I haven't received the spirit stones. Then I tried to buy again on June 13. So, in total, there is TWO successful paypal transaction, but I only received the SS from ONE transaction on June 13.

            I have emailed service@webnovel.com with this problem, attached with screenshots of the paypal email receipts for two transactions and the SS deposit page.

            Please handle this problem ASAP. Spending USD50 and receiving nothing in return feels terribly wrong. It is not a small amount of money for me.

              I bought 2500 SS (+750) USD49.99 through paypal on June 11. The transaction was successful. But I haven't received the spirit stones. Then I tried to buy again on June 12, the same thing happened. The weird thing is, although the transaction is successful, I didn't receive the paypal receipt I usually get when paying through paypal. I took a screenshot after the transaction, but not sure how to insert it to this post. I hope this problem can be solved soon.
