These translators are too greedy. Locking over 50 chapter and making the only method to unlock them being to pay with spirit stones. Something needs to change. fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it.
Greedy translators
SpiderWillow Translators are not responsible for making the novels premium. It's Qidian's decision to turn them into premium so they are the ones responsible not the translators.
Cash isnt the only way to see them...they unlock with time... and tbh QI is likely encouraging them to do this as that is their most direct revenue stream. So, regrettably, I wouldn't count on a 'fix' for this, as it is almost certainly what QI is shooting for.
I stopped reading like 4 or 5 novels and are waiting for free chapters since frankly, i cant afford that kind of upkeep when all of them costs 15 stones per chapter, and they release 1-2 chapters per day. The only income you can get in a day is like 15-20 stones and thats it.
So now im only reading super gene, its 6 stones each, but he releases 2-3 chapters a day which makes it worth the stones IMHO.
Especially when ur not a premium user and have other fav novels that is on premium which basically means you can only read 1 premium novel a time unless u save those SS or buy SS..
Honestly I don't really care anymore. As Long as I get my 1 chapter per day I'm satisfied. Unlocking chapters by spirit stones make it so that you don't get any chapters in the following few weeks is my only gripe about the system. I would like it if the next chapter that you have not unlocked is the one that is "released" if you get my jiff
I'm still going through my previously accumulated stash of stones. When they are gone, I will not buy more. I'll just take what they give for free.
Qidian is greedy, and their business model is not sustainable with the current prices. Eventually they will adapt when income < expenses
If you want to make a difference, then don't buy SS until they adjust their prices or offer a premium subscription.
