It says on the Patreon page that they will increase the speed with enough patreons, so either it's Patreon which will push the speed beyond 30 chapter per month or premium.
With the novel being a non-premium the enticement to translate more than 30 chapter, for any translator, is zero.
And why should they?

Ebu8b They won't do more than 10 chap/week, even if they do it, most of those chapters will go to patreon (Full Paywall) and the free release speed will remain 8-9/week at most. (If they are paid enough - +500$)
If OEM goes premium, we are guaranteed at least 1/day and they have to publish more chapters (1 chap for free, 1-2 premium)

you all forget that OEM is a fantranslation, it will never go premium. So your whole argument that it can go premium is useless. They are just like translators on other sites that get ad revenue
