Veldora Library of Heaven's Path, in my opinion, is a bit like a casual read. It's really funny, but I wouldn't read it too seriously. People seem to praise it quite heavily though. Personally, I think it's an alright read but the selling point of the novel is the MC and not really the world.
I haven't read Renegade Immortal, but it's an Er Gen novel, and he's a damn fine writer.
Coiling Dragon, later on, also has time skips of hundreds of years when meditating and stuff. The setting of DE seems so much larger than CD's setting though and DE fits under the 'pure xianxia' genre with people 'gaining eternity' and the such. CD is a toned down version of DE basically. It's good and it certainly pulls a lot of people across to reading webnovels, but I doubt it's anyone's favourite. CD is also very westernised, so maybe IET wrote it to pull people over... who knows. I would recommend it if you were starting out reading webnovels, but if you're experienced, I wouldn't stress reading it too much.
I did read Martial God Asura, and that also fits under the 'pure xianxia' genre although it's got this darker tone about it. That's what I feel, but I don't have a way of explaining it.
Also, +1 to what @Millman97 said. Strongest System and Ultimate Scheming System are both really funny novels!
Hope that helps :)
