They said that they deeply apologize and we still need to wait for 3-4 more business days for their team to properly fix the issue. Hbu guys is it still an error or it's already fixed?

for those who got confuse on the alternate method like me (where I keep resetting and changing the password of my email and Facebook)
1st ask the online customer service and see what account is your FB account bound to.
2nd DONT create a email account you'll just get fuk up go touch the Forgot password? Press here on the web novel not on email or Facebook (that's where I got fuk up)
3rd change (or in this case create a new password) the password and it would be finish
