My fellow readers I figured out the solution to this problem that has been happening for years. It just happened to me today, so what you want to do is try to login through email then press reset password. Thus Webnovel sending you a reset password for your email in which you created your Facebook from. I tried it and it worked. If there’s any problems just ask.

For those who don't understand his method, it will be like this -> 'Sign In' -> Click on the 'letter' icon -> Click on [TAP HERE] -> fill in your facebook's email -> reset your password -> login with your email and new password instead of facebook login.

              VanTranFutureCorp Unfortunately it doesn't work on my mobile phone. It says "email doesn't exist" when i entered my facebook's email, to reset the password.

                  It does work on mobile your basically logging through email instead of one click facebook

                    Sign in>click envelope icon>click on forgot password>enter your FB email address that you used>check email for password reset confirmation>setup new password>log in via envelope icon using your email and new password>success

                    for those who get confuse on the alternate method like me (I keep resetting and changing the password of my email and Facebook)
                    1st ask the online customer service and what account is your FB account bound to.
                    2nd DONT create a email account you'll just get fuk up go touch the Forgot password? Press here on the web novel not on Facebook or email (that's where I fuk up)
                    3rd change (or in this case create a new password) the password.

                      I talked to Facebook to Fixed my login account and I been waiting for the a months and it still error bro

                      VanTranFutureCorp i have used your method but still couldn't login . Maybe because the email my fb used aleardy have an account in webnovel so it doesn't work because it would login in the other one instead and not the Facebook one

                          Hey! If you guys are finding problems with log-in with Facebook account, I Suggest you go to webnovel's help center (in the app, you can just enter without login and find it)
                          Then click on the "account problems" and then find the "Online customer service".
                          Just right above the the 'send' buttom you'll find an 'Live agent' where you can talk to a real person about the problem.
                          Tell them that you can't log in using Facebook anymore and you are afraid to lose your account. You just have to tell them your profile username and they will tell you wat to do.
                          They were really efficient, but don't leave the conversation, otherwise it'll restart. I did it last night and took about ten minutes to solve the problem
