Stacie_Jacobsen It's possible that Webnovel is currently undergoing maintenance, causing some interference with the application because reinstalling doesn't seem to work, so all you can do is wait patiently because I'm sure Webnovel is working on it as well.
Really REALLY hope this is fixed soon, can’t log in at all on my phone but works no problem in my grandmothers

All they say is clean your cache but it doesnt work 
Having the same sue with the app since yesterday......hope they fix it soon
Also having this issue and I suspect it is either iOS or iPad specific as I can access the app on my iPhone 13 Pro (running iOS 15.6) but not on my iPad Air (running iOS 12.5.5)
The latest update just fixed it for me!
