Sa_Sa_Mi I see you've done your best, but if you want advice, I'd be happy to give it.

First, you can do a review swap. I think you know what a review swap is, right? If you don't know, it's simply a new author exchanging reviews.

From doing a review swap, you will automatically know the shortcomings of your novel that you need to improve, and from giving reviews to other authors, you can learn a lot from reading the many books you review. Of course, you can't learn all of them, but at least you can get preferences for how to make better dialogue, compose a story plot, and so on.

Secondly, I see your book cover looks less attractive. You can change it to make it more interesting. If you are confused about finding a suitable cover, you can look for it on Pinterest and edit it from there using Canva. Later, you just need to put a disclaimer in the synopsis.

For the third and last one, you only need to actively upload chapters every week, whether it's 3 times a week or 1 chapter every day, because readers will automatically come to you, and you can't really expect to get a lot of readers instantly, right?

InstaMoist thank you so much for your pieces of advice, I will certainly take them into consideration.
Concerning the review swaps, is there a known place to do so?
    Thank you so much again!

Sa_Sa_Mi You can do a swap review on this forum, and if you search for a thread with the title "swap review," you should have no trouble finding it in the top search forum.

You can begin interacting with them there. The majority of them will review your novel after you have reviewed their novel first, and if you want a fake f.ve-st.r review, all you have to do is give a fake f.ve-st.r review on their novel first.

But if you want to get a review that actually reads your novel in return, I recommend leaving a review that is at least f.ur st.rs because most of the existing f.ve-st.r reviews do not offer the kind of constructive review that you currently need.

Sa_Sa_Mi You shouldn't spend too much time doing review swaps. You should limit yourself to between 10 and 20 of them, and You don't need to do anything unnecessary like doing hundreds of review swaps.

Because once your novel has received 10 reviews, you will unlock the star rating feature, which will undoubtedly increase the appeal of your novel to readers, and also because, speaking from personal experience, I find that I spend a significant amount of time engaging in review swaps rather than carrying on with the writing of my story.
