I'm not going to lie, I spent many hours on this website, maybe more than I should have. I've read a lot of novels of all kinds, I've followed authors for 2 years, in a religious way.
During these two years, I had very little interaction with the users, but I guess there is a beginning to everything.
I am writing this message to express my dissatisfaction and sadness.
I had the opportunity to see many updates from web novel and most of them were bad but I never complained. However, this is one too many. Having to read on a phone is not for me, I don't need the translation like some people do because my English level is high. I just like reading on the computer, whether it's for the visibility of the text or otherwise.
I won't go on and on about it. The update is bad. Really bad.
So I decided to leave webnovel for another site, and my decision will not change until the update is removed.

Barq Honestly, what surprises me the most is that they decided to implement this update knowing full well that a part of the users use only webnobel on computer and that it would create a dissatisfaction.

Me too, I can't wrap my head around this stupid update. Unless they decided to focus solely on their app and abandon the website going forward, I don"t see any other viable reason.
