Funny thing, webnovels definition is not the world's definition. In simple terms you can't download any chapters to read offline. There IS a download chapter button but all that does is preload the chapter into your devices memory so it can be accessed faster. Disconnecting from the web or turning off the device flushes that preload so ultimately there's no point to it.
