I don't see the chapters that I purchased listed there at all.

Here is the problem as I see it. I paid for or 'earned' spirit stones. When I purchased a chapter on my phone the spirit stones decreased. When I was on my tablet the spirit stones showed the same on my phone after purchasing, ergo, the decrease of spirit stones was across all devices.

We know there is a problem sync'ing chapters across devices, so it would not surprise me if the sync'ing of the log from purchasing the chapter didn't work either. Which means the log won't show the purchased chapter.

I would think that the spirit stones would not sync either. However, the spirit stones did show a decrease on both of my devices. Therefore, if I earn or purchase stones it shows on all devices.

This is why I'm saying there is a problem with purchasing chapters, and why I got mad about it.

    MrKoffee Sorry for the bothering. I promise you we won't do that. I just tried to buy a chapter in pc site (C93/DLIK), then went to the android app, the chapter is unlocked. If the chapters aren't in the purchased list, maybe the ss is not cost in our database. Can you try to purchase a chapter in the PC, and look this page https://www.webnovel.com/bill/spirit?transType=2 , if the chapter is successfully purchased. and then go to the tablet to check if the same chapter is unlocked?

        I purchased a chapter on my phone, the transaction showed in the list, and it unlocked on my PC.

          This is definitely a problem.

          Earlier this month I purchased chapters 71 through 81 of God Emperor on my table.

          This last week I purchased chapters 82, 83, and 84 of God Emperor on my phone. Only chapter 84 is showing in the billing history, but all chapters are unlocked on my phone.

          Chapter 82 is not unlocked on my tablet, however, chapters 83 and 84 are.

          On my PC chapters 71 through 82 are not unlocked, however, chapters 83 and 84 are. In the billing history there is only a single entry for God Emperor, and that's chapter 84.

          I know I purchased those chapters, I watched my Spirit Stones go down when I purchased them. You will probably do to God Emperor just like you did with The Daily Life of the Immortal King and reset my purchased chapters back to nothing. Which would mean having to purchase chapters 71 through 84 AGAIN.

            I have a video showing the differences on my tablet versus my pc. It was taken using my phone so I was unable to video my phone :P.

            Unlike my PC and Tablet, the phone has all chapters unlocked.

            I don't want to just post a link here since it shows some of the chapter text. I can email it to you if you have an address you can send me. Or, I can post the link here if you want.

                  MrKoffee The sync issue is confirmed and will be fixed in the coming release. However, we haven't confirmed the issue about re-unlock chapters.

                      dapenggaofei I've seen the re-unlock issue happen too. I've unlocked a chapter on my phone (by watching an ad - if that matters) and then reloaded the PC site and it was still locked. I ended up just reading it on my phone and then at some point after that, it showed as unlocked/read on the PC site too. It's possible that I just didn't give it long enough for my phone to sync but it could also have been a bug

                          Thorrak Thanks for your feedback. I just tried it in my phone. And I unlocked a chapter after watching Ad. The status will sync with PC/M immediately. I just consulted to our backend devs, the sync status is stored in our database. So I don't think there will be any delay between different devices with the same account. So I want to know was the PC site logined when you refreshed the page ?

                              dapenggaofei Yes, the PC site was logged in before and after refreshing. I haven't had the issue recently though so it could be that whatever my issue was is fixed.

                                      I am also having the same problem. The chapters i’ve unlocked using the app on my phone are still locked when i use my app in my ipad. How to solve this problem?
