Hello, so I have been told that I will get a nonexclusive contract soon but my novel will be republished and I will lose all the 60k views 100 power stones, 300 collections, and all comments and reviews and it will be reset from the very beginning. I don't even know if I will earn anything from it or not and I can't decide if I should go for it. I'm anxious that the novel won't do as well once republished
My Concerns about the Non-Exclusive contract
I'm in a similar predicament, but I wasn't told that I would lose my current status of my work. Instead, I was told that my work would be re-uploaded to inkstone as a contracted work.
Devesh_Kulkarni Also, I don't think you'd have to worry about the book doing well. Why? Because of the details of the contract which assures promotion of your work. This way, it won't be only you promoting your work anymore or at all, it'll be the company from which you signed the contract.
