What exactly are you looking for?
I get that you're looking for a proofreader, but could you give a little more detail. Like do you need one for a friend, yourself, is it unpaid etc.
Also it would help if gave the genre and synopsis for the book (I'm guessing this is for a book) you want proofread.
For a proofreader, it should be around 10-15$ per 1k words. Image having a book of 20k words. if you hire a good proofreader, it should take around 8h. That's a whole day working on just a few chapters.

I guess you could try. But if you want them to proofread your work, you've got to make it worth their time. Just becoming friends with them, so they proofread your book for free...
