My 20K+ points expired as well when it didn't before. I think they've updated the rules again without prior notice. I just saw the help page updated the info about expiration and I don't recall it being there before. Didn't get a notice as well unlike earlier today that I got 2 notices about some points expiring.

Same here, I posted about losing over 15K points last month and there was no official response yet. However this month we got notified about the expiration of the points...

Yeah I noticed I've noticed I've got loads of points that where 'consumed' but they had just expired. More reasons to hate this app
I do remember during the last points carnival that it said points would start expiring after Jan 1st. But I swear it said 6 months not 3 months. Now I’m getting alerts for points expiring in February.
Same. In one day, 31k points ‘expired’. No notification, no heads up in my inbox. Poof, just gone. I would have used them on a frame or badge had I known. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth for sure.
Winzentwinni I just noticed that all the points I accumulated last year expired without prior notifications from Webnovel, sincerely it's really discouraging and annoying cos I was about using it to purchase some badges

It's not the first time. I lost a bunch around March last year and mid January this year.
Those two largest points expiration days amass up to 125.5K points lost...
Webnovel rule like a tyrant and dictator. If there is a new app and company that does the same thing these guys do, I will jump ship in a heart beat. They don't deserve any loyalty.
These guys don't even treat their whales well either. They just keep sucking like a black hole with bad customer service.

Yeah, i have the same issue, i had 90k points expired without notification today, i dont understand how they think we can use the stupid points if they just PUFF, expire like that, even points that we had before the event, even worse when badges/portraits and more are stupidly expensive. I got from 170k points to 5k in over a week...

Jude_Madakor I think that's the point. Webnovel doesn't want readers to get anything for free. They want you to pay for these things. This can be seen in all their "events."
