Why are my points expiring? I at least save up to 60 thousand plus and now only 2 thousand plus remains.

Same, half my points went poof and I constanly get more warnings about more disappearing in march/april. Like really the only reason why they would need to would be those 20% off voucher for super levels- but ain't those one time things? Like even if you wanted to "abuse" them from what I understand you can apply voucher to only one book so even of you bought it whole at once -would that be a big loss?
Would be nice if they informed but well considering that hardly any book gets information about whether it's dropped or not and dropped books lost their chance of ever getting the rest translated.
Like it feels annoying because points really don't give much beside this. Fast pass buying is limited to once a week and it expires. And now any kind of cosmetic item is impossible to be bought with points considering their prices.
Actually where is the store to spend the points. I can't find it. (using website not app/phone). Would appreciate the help.
Sereinchoo when you are reading a chapter of a novel, in the top right corner there is a circle with a star shape in the middle. Click on that and you can go to the store to buy stuff with the points. I use the app on the phone, so not sure if it is the same on desktop.
Same for me I just looked and all I have is 2.8k Portis when is should have well over 50k its bullshat
Dragar They changed their policy without any further notifications.So the points vanished. Nothing can be done.
