Apparently, the novel stole content from Stellar Transformation and The Nine Cauldrons (official novels). Some even said the author copied chapters nearly word for word from those novels.
So, if you think the novel, Thunder Pirate Emperor, was great, you will love the real novels from which the author stole the content from.

ImperialWar sorry to burst your bubble but there were entire chapters where the wording for the entire chapter was exactly the same as the two stories mentioned above, other than a few name changes.
The guy literally copy pasted chapters over and after a few name changes claimed it as his own work.
ImperialWar Look up Plagiarism then ask yourself if that is stealing or not.
You liking it doesn't make what Thunder Pirate Emperor right. Stealing someone's "design" and claiming it as your own is a big no-no. Just changing the names doesn't change the fact it was a copy. If he only used the chapter as inspiration and reference to make his own version, maybe that would have been forgivable and could have gotten a pass.

Mute He copied over chapters word for word and only changed the names. If he recreated it and worded it as his own, that would have been at least a bit different and not a full on copy.
So yes, it is stealing. He might not have copied a whole book to make his own, but he still copied chapters and made it into his chapters. It still applies.
The idea or concept of the reborn thing you mentioned is merely that, a concept or plot outline. The story is still different with each novel that does it, the actual story that people read.

He copied, from what is "publicly known" from Nine Cauldrons and Stellar Transformations. So it clearly isn't just one chapter.

Also, you acknowledge he was stealing or plagiarizing. That should be the end of discussions. He was in the wrong. Whatever happens after is his (The author) fault, as the offender.
If this escalated, deletion would be the least of his problems.
