Why does webnovel not translate it
Water0202020 Probably because no translator wants to do it. Webnovel doesn't translate them, it hosts them and collects whatever money they make.

That is possible, but the translators still pick their projects to some extent. As I said, they only host the translations. From what I can see, it's a novel that Qidian has the rights to, so the only logical explanation is that no translator has wanted to do it. As for why, you'd have to ask the individual translators.
