Click on the Create link > leads you to Inkstone > Create Novel > Fill in all the details
If you already have a novel, it's considered published with 0 chapters. If you want to start a chapter~
Inkstone > click Explore for your novel > Create Chapter > Write your chapter, put in a title > Save (this chapter will be a draft first) > Click Publish > voila~! You got your first chapter published!

If you are using the phone Crescentmoon18 then go to webnovel.inkstone.com in your browser, If on PC click 'create' on the main page of webnovel.com, then after doing what I said follow JaeRawrs 's instructions.;,;.

You could try one of few ways.
I think DeJeL 's link is backwards... My phone led me to inkstone.webnovel.com/novels/dashboard in the browser. I don't use the app lol
Webnovel.com > scroll all the way down > Resources tab > click on Be an Author >>> will lead you to inkstone.
While you are logged in to webnovel, you can google search "inkstone webnovel". It's a hassle to do, but it will work somehow.
Crescentmoon18 it is as JaeRawrs said, it's supposed to be inkstone.webnovel.com, I had accidentally mistyped and reversed the first two parts.;,;.

Crescentmoon18 well I had said to type it in, to click you need to click on one with the full address including https://... ie: https://inkstone.webnovel.com but you can simply type in inkstone.webnovel.com .;,;.
