I'm having trouble getting a book to load, all the others have no trouble loading. Any suggestions please?

Mine is pretty much the same except, it's happening with pretty much all the books in my library. It would crash while loading or stay on a blank screen. Sometimes it wouldn't even load the chapter. They need to fix it real quick.
Platform is android, Oppo R9.

NayYun I'm using android too and that happens all the time in opening new chapters. I usually just tap or close open the book till the content appears. It's still a hassle though.
