Because you only have three chapters. There's not enough to be able to write a decent review on. Characters, plot, world background, story flow, you can't really get a good grasp on a story from only three chapters. I typically wait until there's around ten, sometimes five, but three isn't enough yet. I'll be sure to write a review when there are more chapters to read.
