So my recent novel has gained a lil bit of traction and when I searched it in google. It says it has one review I clicked it and it ain't showing it. Can someone tell me how to read it?

XColdenburg I know this is going to sound harsh, but its the truth.
You won't get any attraction on webnovel unless you have a thirst trap of a cover. Also, even then it will be pretty difficult to keep paying readers.
The thing you are mistaking for attraction is botted views and they means nothing until you have atleast 1 million, which roughly equivalents to 100k valid views.
Well now for you real question, as to why isn't the review showing on Google... It is probably a glitch and will work itself out when you get more reviews.

DamnedChicken Could be me constantly reloading the page and unintentionally glitching the view system but idk. I've seen apps use some inactive accounts for the sake of giving views.
