QUIDIAN should also add a feature to know exact timer for release of novel ....

of course in emergency case it can be void

I think it's best that you talk to the translator or editors for that novel. Sometimes you can encourage them by using the spirit stones to increase their ranking. They would appreciate that and would release more chapters.
