Well.. a typical CN villain:
Looks down on everyone with disgusted expression, spits on everyone's faces.
Spots a random person not prostrating, orders bodyguards to chop his limbs off, and then proceeds to loot and rape their entire clan.

Wasn't this survey also posted in the NovelUpdates forum in the past?
My only suggestion is that Qidian create a premium subscription app that will display the webnovel chapters, like 20 chapters ahead. This can be a one time fee or subscription based.
There really is someone who makes money from epubs of Qidian novels.

A few who shared ebooks like this claims that they have "sponsored" the translation of these novels, so they argue that they technically own those chapters published and hence, have the right to use them.
While we can't stop people from creating their own epubs, it would help if we stop those who make money from it.
I wonder if Qidian can also release their own epubs.
EschaShitology I didn't mean to sound offensive. I'm just simply saying that these things are really more of a "science", which is it does not discriminate whether something is bad or not. This means that the result is what matters more. I've worked with data scientists before and discovered that there are certain ugly features that are designed to be offensive in a certain way, so that people can behave in a more beneficial manner. For example, pricing options and payment schemes. Often, there are additional more expensive options that makes a certain option (usually, the one year) more appealing. My point is that those small things don't really matter to shareholders and investors, because it doesn't really harm the company's business reputation in the long run. Even in MMORPGs in china, factionalism (in-game politics) are encouraged so that warring clans/guilds would spend more on the item shop. It's all about the "science", that's what I meant by apathetic and amoral. It's business.
Which part of China and when? The air quality can get bad at certain times of the year, I heard from a co-worker that even fireworks is being banned. A trip isn't really enjoyable when you have to worry about your health.
Is there a need to speak chinese (because there's a meet & greet with the authors)? I only earned HSK-level 1, and that was two years ago, I didn't have the time to continue.
ESCHATOLOGY
Anything except that novel with garbage translation, Meltdown System in Eschatology.
Is the assassin system like in assassin's creed? I think the "system" needs more description, unless it's one of those cliche cultivation system.
It's a typical mean-spirited person who delights in hating things. As long as he's not doing any harm, just ignore him.
it's a translation issue.
well, ask goodguyperson. (not really a good guy, everyone says he's scammed translators into slave contracts and stole their work for qidian)
checkm8 The interesting thing is that it's weekly ranking is 27, even higher than the much better translated Cultivation Chat Group or Throne of Magical Arcana. Clearly this Sky person gamed the system by bulk releasing low quality unedit translation, in order to disgust people into buying powerstone to vote him out of the rankings.
EschaShitology I also hated how low quality the translation is.
Honestly, I think Qidian wants something so detestable and disgusting in the rankings to force people to use "powerstones" to vote more deserving novels up. If you check, that disgusting and filthy translation work is ranked 27 while better translated and longer novels (such as TMA) are far below. This only shows that somebody's gaming the system or setting it up in order to gain some benefits. Everyone should understand that this is a chinese company where there is absolutely no bottomline. There's no such thing as etiquette, ethics nor consideration for their readers. The chinese even put melanin in baby's milk and used "think tanks" to secure rights to oil fields through bribery. So don't expect anything good from them and see them for the apathetic amoral people that they are.
I think it's best that you talk to the translator or editors for that novel. Sometimes you can encourage them by using the spirit stones to increase their ranking. They would appreciate that and would release more chapters.
you can use novelupdates to find new stuff
It's funny how the author of IRAS seems a bit like Zhang Ye. haha
there was a few bugs when i visited the other day but it's working now.
