changsan hmm... I think I know some novels that somewhat fit your preferences. Although, I don't know what one-on-one means.
For heal the heart, I recommend Prophecy Approved Companion by Tevagah on Royal Road (https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/35549/prophecy-approved-companion#toc). PAC is an amazing story and I love Qube. Plus she is intelligent in her own AI way, teehee... I didn’t just teehee... that never happened!
For a really intelligent sci-fi adventure, I recommend Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir on Amazon. It's a book by the same guy who made The Martian, and they are making a movie for Project Hail Mary too! It's about a scientist traveling to another solar system to do some science and save Earth.
Depending on your definition of heal your heart, there is The Midnight Library by Matt Haig. It's not a feel good story and more of a deeply profound story about philosophy, dealing with regrets, and learning to not live in the past. It's hit or miss with a lot of people and I don't really like the ending, but the rest of it to me was 5 stars amazing.
If you want to shoot pure dopamine into your brain, A Chemist's Rise in Another World [Kingdom Building LitRPG] by Traxler on Royal Road (https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/69221/a-chemists-rise-in-another-world-kingdom-building#toc) is a good one. It's a modern knowledge in a fantasy world, op, and kingdom building novel. It does not dilly dally and the story moves at the speed of sound. But the author knows what he's doing and the read is just pure bliss.
To follow the dumb trend of only recommending your own book, here is mine. It is very much not feel good and is meant to be deep and profound: https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/64871/below-the-black-sun
